Return & Exchange Policy

Introduction At Cos Engineering, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your product, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Process: To start a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

2. Exchanges

  • Eligibility: We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the defect or damage.
  • Process: Follow the same steps as for returns to receive an RMA number and return instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship out the replacement item.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom Orders: Custom or special orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Certain Products: Certain types of items such as perishable goods, hazardous materials, or items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.

4. Refunds
